option to just write your name or phase while others offer a dropdown where
you can choose either of the suggested phrases or write your name.

What is your Return/Refund Policy?
We at “Your Journey Prints” offer a 14-day, 100%
returns & refunds for unused or unaltered items. Please title your
email "Cancel order with (your order number).
1. Quality issues. Quality is our top priority! Please send us an
email with picture and a new material would be sent to you or you can get a discount
code in lieu. You will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping for
problematic reasons.
2. Buyer remorse - If you changed your mind,
your purchase is unused or wrong color/ size. Please email us during the 14 day
period. However, please note that you would be responsible for shipping the
item back to us.
3. Customer Satisfaction - In lieu of shipping
back to us, our store can offer you a 50% discount code for your next purchase.
4. Grace Period – In order to reduce second

the order to revise your order before it gets printed and shipped.

Yes, you can, To cancel an order, you must let us

printed and fulfilled. However, you can still return within 14 days.
I used the wrong address; can I still change this?
Yes, you could, if your item has not
printed or not shipped yet. we can still change this for you. Once the order is
shipped out (you will receive tracking info when shipped), please feel free email
us for return withing 14 days.

What kind of shipping do you offer, and do you ship
internationally?
Yes, we offer both seller FREE standard shipping and buyer PAID express shipping.
At this current time, we only ship to US and Canada.

(t-shirts, tank tops, hoodies, baseball ¾ shirts, sweatshirts) drinking accessories (mugs, stainless steel bottles) and wall arts (canvas, metal-prints).
Currently, although we have manufacture
some materials aboard, however, all our items are printed and
produced in Canada and USA.
Can you print on the back or sleeves etc.
Yes, we can print on unique parts of the shirts.
The typical print placement is on the front of the t-shirt but we can do more
areas.
What are the methods of payments?
Here at Your Journey Prints, we currently accept
all major credit or debit cards with a MasterCard, Visa, American Express, etc.

Do you offer any discounts for your products and

multiple discount codes on our website at the same time. However, you could use

I am not sure about my sizing. How can I figure it
out?
Currently we only offer only adult sizes. Please
use the chart provided for each item to understand the sizes and measurements.
Please make sure that you use our sizing chart to make sure you choose the
correct size.

What are “Your Journey Prints” materials made from?
Our apparel is made from different combination of
materials depending on the product. You can find the materials type used for
specific apparel on each product type. Some of the materials are a stand alone
or a mix of cotton, organic cotton, polyester and both cotton & polyester
blends.
Can I request a special design or different colour
if it is not displayed on your website?
Yes, you can request a different colour as we
choose to display only the popular colour. Please email us @ customerservice@yourjourneyprints.com.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer custom design
services as our designs are uniquely created and copyrighted. However, you can
personalize your text on our copyright designs.
What printing options do you offer for
apparel/clothing (front/back printing, sleeves, inside label)?
We support printing on the front and on the back of
most apparel items. If the selected garment has a racerback, it may not be
possible to print on the back of the item. Please email us

What if my shirt has a vinegar smell/marks/stain
like other printed materials?
When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a
direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell. A
fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints
across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the
ink would flake off the garment.
The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither
the residue nor the smell is permanent, and both should go away after one wash.
It is recommended to wash DTG printed garments inside out at 30ºC or cooler.
What are the recommended care instructions for my
garments?
Each product has specific instructions for the
recommended care.
However, you should consider the following general
